HTML example

Replace placeholders in your app before send. This is not a Notify template product — it is a starting snippet.

<p>Hi,</p>
<p>Reset your password using this link (expires soon):</p>
<p><a href="{{RESET_URL}}">Reset password</a></p>
<p>If you did not request this, ignore this email.</p>

Send with Notify

const res = await fetch('https://notify.cx/api/email/send', {
  method: 'POST',
  headers: {
    'Content-Type': 'application/json',
    'x-api-key': process.env.NOTIFY_API_KEY
  },
  body: JSON.stringify({
    to: 'user@example.com',
    from: 'noreply@yourdomain.com',
    subject: "Reset your password",
    message: `${html}`
  })
});

Security notes

  • Store only a hashed token server-side
  • Short expiry (e.g. 15–60 minutes)
  • Single use; invalidate after success
  • Same response whether the email exists or not (avoid enumeration)
